Beyond rotating machines, we also repair transformers, electromagnets and induction heaters. We are equally at home overhauling custom, small-series electrical equipment.
Besides classic electric motors, there is a wide range of special electrical equipment whose repair requires serious winding expertise and lab support. At the Aselec workshop we repair and rewind transformers, industrial electromagnets, holding and lifting magnets, and induction heater coils — even when the equipment is no longer in production and spare parts can only be produced as custom items.
Custom coil manufacturing is done from drawings or samples: we precisely measure the original coil's geometry, wire diameter, number of turns and insulation system, then remanufacture it using class F or H insulation materials. Finished coils are vacuum-impregnated and then subjected to insulation, dielectric strength and heat-rise testing. This is especially important for equipment that operates continuously at high temperature — such as induction heaters in metallurgy or heavy-duty lifting magnets.
For winding small- and medium-power transformers, we often encounter outdated units with no documentation. In these cases we also carry out reverse engineering and overhaul — the end result is equipment with modern insulation, documented test data, and a long service life.
